Checking your email accounts…
This page is a navigator, not an authorization boundary. Each account action still checks your authenticated identity, current organization membership, role, and feature access on the server.
HeapFile employee portal · heapfile.com
You are signed in with your personal HeapFile account. Company mailbox access is separately granted and audited; paid customer and billing access does not grant employee Mail access.
Official product and technical information: HeapFile.ai.
Checking mailbox access…
This message has no readable content.
Invite the person’s personal account to HeapFile first. After they sign in and accept, select that verified membership here and separately assign a pre-approved company address and capabilities.
Review inbound messages that could not be matched to an active company mailbox. This view shows routing metadata only; message contents remain private until a message is correctly routed.
Owner/Admin action. Removes only expired unmatched routing records and old replay keys. Accepted mailbox messages are retained under their mailbox policy.
Password recovery
Request a reset code, then choose a new password. If your account is not confirmed yet, confirm your email first.
Membership
Premium is $19 USD per month for one user. PayPal handles payment details, and HeapFile unlocks paid features only after billing is verified.
Checkout approval alone does not unlock paid features; HeapFile verifies billing first.
Organization access
Choose a scope for the organization information shown here. Your personal subscription, downloads, and private Brain remain separate. Organization creation does not start a subscription or enable paid features.
Loading your organization memberships…
Creation currently establishes an organization record and its owner. It does not start billing or unlock Enterprise features.
Set up HeapFile’s fixed, complimentary three-seat internal organization. Only the verified HeapFile Owner can complete this action; it does not change personal billing or Brain data.
Selected organization
Member identity identifiers are not shown here. Names and verified email addresses are not returned by the current roster API.
Organization plan
Select an organization to check its billing status.
The current billing owner can transfer payer responsibility to an already-active Owner or Billing Admin. The new owner will manage the organization’s subscription and related payment obligations. This does not grant access to Brain or Mail content.
Enterprise is separate from your personal $19 Premium plan. Billing changes are authorized again by HeapFile’s server. Receipts and payment-method management are not yet connected to this portal.
See the selected organization’s status above. Checkout appears only after the server verifies the versioned $29 USD per seat/month plan.
CheckingOwners and Admins can invite from the selected organization. The portal reports when HeapFile has queued a message; only provider feedback can confirm delivery.
Server controlledOrganization SSO setup and sign-in are not connected to this portal.
UnavailableOrganization-owned spaces and permission-aware sharing are not available here.
UnavailableOrganization-scoped usage and measured-value reports are not connected.
UnavailableShared Team Brain
Read the organization Brain spaces and items shared with your membership, from any device you sign in on. This is shared knowledge by explicit audience — your personal Brain stays separate and local. HeapFile checks every space and item against your current membership on each request.

Your repositories
This connects repositories you own to your HeapFile, so it can cite your issues, pull requests, and commits as evidence. Access flows one way: from the repositories you pick, into your HeapFile. It is read-only. It never gives you, or anyone else, access to HeapFile's source code, and it never shares your repositories with other HeapFile users.
Pilot status: the GitHub App is verified only on HeapFile's own team today. Connecting records the installation on your account; repository reading for customer installs is not switched on yet.
Nothing below is connected. Each button only checks whether HeapFile has a hosted authorization route configured for that provider; unless it reports "configured", HeapFile reads nothing from it. Any authorization that does exist is tracked as redacted metadata only, and tokens never appear in this panel.
Choose a provider to check whether a hosted authorization route exists. No provider is connected until you authorize it.
Repository names are shown only when safe server-side proof is available. HeapFile never displays repository contents, token handles, or token secrets in this account panel.
